Q. How can I include a librarian in my D2L course?

There are a number of ways to include a librarian in your D2L course. 

• If you are using a custom homepage in D2L, you can add the appropriate librarian contact widget.  Look for the "Library" widgets when you select "Add Widget". Please consult Millersville's D2L Resources Wiki for more information about homepages and widgets.
• Librarians can also participate in class discussions centered around topics such as research, information, and of course the library.
• Upon request, librarians can embed custom instructional learning objects including how-to videos in the content are of your course. 
• If you have a library-centric assignment, a quick consultation with your subject librarian can assure it matches appropriate information literacy objectives and current library resources and services.
