After you've made a request(s) through E-ZBorrow, you will receive 3 emails regarding your E-ZBorrow request(s). These emails will be delivered to your Millersville email account  

  1. The first email will come from "support@relais-intl.com".  This email will thank you for using the service and one of our partner libraries will attempt to fill the request.  
  2. If the request can be filled from one of our partner libraries you will receive an email from "voyager@mariner.klnpa.org" notifying you that the item(s) you requested is now available.  You can retrieve your materials at the circulation desk of the library.  
  3. When you return the item(s) you will receive one final email stating that the item has been returned to the lending library and once again thanking you for the use of the E-ZBorrow service.

*Note* - If you aren't receiving emails regarding your request(s) please check your spam/junk email folders to make certain they aren't landing there.
