If items are lost or damaged, including any DVD or video overdue for 7 days or item overdue for 30 days, you will be charged a replacement fee (varies) and a processing fee ($12 per item). If you find the item in acceptable condition within one year, you may request a refund for the replacement fee only. The processing fee is non-refundable.
